These Terms of Service govern your use of the Real Bio Age website and services operated by Advanced Learning Academy.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Real Bio Age, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old and agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Description of Services

Real Bio Age provides a self-assessment tool that estimates biological age based on lifestyle, health behaviors, and environmental factors. Real Bio Age is an educational wellness tool, not a medical diagnostic.

3. Payment Terms

Paid assessments are processed through Stripe. All sales are final unless otherwise stated. Refund requests may be considered within 7 days of purchase if no report has been generated.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, methodology, and algorithms are the property of Advanced Learning Academy. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer our content without permission.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Services for unlawful purposes, provide false information, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with the Services.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not warrant that results will be accurate for any particular purpose or that the Services will be uninterrupted.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ADVANCED LEARNING ACADEMY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States.
